The Shoelace Monster comes from the Amazon jungle to Smudgeville, America to teach the game of soccer to the Viper youth soccer team through their games, antics, mayhem shenanigans and parties. There is also a history lesson of soccer to be learned by the Monster's young charges as he recounts the beginnings of the game through civiliation and into the World Cup of the modern era.
